How partnership works

Six kinds of partner, one shared outcome

Each partner category contributes something the others cannot. What they hold in common is that access to opportunity is the result they want.

Looking for workforce strategy, pathway design or program development?

That work sits with WorkforceConnect Group, a separate company that builds the pathway with employers. WorkforceConnect.org is the nonprofit — we welcome employers as philanthropic partners and as people who make careers visible, and we point commercial workforce services to the Group rather than duplicating them here.

For employer-created career and work-based learning opportunities, CareerReadyConnect powers the journey and connects people to opportunities. We route people there rather than running an opportunity marketplace of our own.
