Exposure
Events, site visits and career information that make real careers visible to people who have never encountered them.
Give
Charitable support for WorkforceConnect goes to the practical things that decide whether a person reaches a career: seeing the work, affording the entry, and knowing someone who can point the way.
Why giving matters
Very few people miss out on a career because they lacked ability. They miss out because a fee came due, a program was invisible, transportation didn't work, or nobody in their life had ever done this job. Charitable giving is how those gaps get closed.

Events, site visits and career information that make real careers visible to people who have never encountered them.
Scholarships and the fees, tools and materials that quietly disqualify people before they start. Cassandra Walker-Nolin Scholarship applications return January 2027.
The convening and relationship-building that links a person to the program, and the program to the region.
Ways to support
Charitable giving and commercial services are entirely separate at WorkforceConnect. A gift is a gift — it does not purchase postings, data, packages or a seat at the table.
An unrestricted charitable gift, one time or recurring. It goes where the barrier is — the exposure event, the fee, the tool, the connection.
Charitable gift. No benefits are exchanged.
Direct your gift to a named need such as the scholarship fund or career-exploration programming, and we will report on that need specifically.
Charitable gift, restricted to a stated purpose.
Multi-year or program-level philanthropic support from companies and foundations that want access to opportunity to be the outcome.
Recognition is limited to name and logo listing and event acknowledgment — no job postings, no candidate data, no advisory seats, nothing purchased.
How to give today
There is no online donation transaction on WorkforceConnect.org. Supporting the mission is arranged directly with our team, who can set up a gift, answer questions about how funds are used, and confirm any tax treatment with you.
Or reach us directly at info@workforceconnect.org · 619-363-2311
To be explicit: this page is informational. No payment is collected here, there is no Donate button, and no card or bank details should ever be entered on this site. Tax treatment of any gift is confirmed by the organisation directly, not by this page.
Our commitment
The nonprofit does not sell commercial benefits and does not describe commercial services as charitable giving.
Employers seeking workforce strategy, pathway design or program development work with WorkforceConnect Group, a separate company. That is a commercial relationship, not a charitable gift.
