Why it matters
Careers are found through access, not luck
Talent is everywhere. Exposure isn't. The people who find good careers usually had someone who showed them the path, a program they could afford, and a relationship that opened a door. That is what we work on.
Cost ends careers early
Fees, tools, transportation and lost wages quietly disqualify people long before an employer ever sees them.
Pathways are hard to navigate
Apprenticeships, certificates and training programs exist — knowing which one, and how to apply, is the barrier.
Relationships are the hidden requirement
Introductions and mentors are the part of career-building nobody publishes. We try to make them available.

Readiness support. Practising an interview, understanding what an employer expects, knowing how to present yourself — small preparations that decide who gets through the door.

Connect
Pathway navigation. We connect people to apprenticeships, training providers and education partners who run the programs — and we say plainly who operates what.

Financial access. Scholarships and direct support for the costs — fees, tools, materials — that quietly end careers before they begin.

Our impact
2026 is our measurement baseline
We would rather publish less and mean it. WorkforceConnect is establishing a formal impact baseline in 2026: what we measure, where the number comes from, who owns it, and what period it covers. Until a figure clears that bar, we don't put it on this website.

A verified value, a named source of truth, a stated time period, an accountable owner, and leadership approval. All five.
What you will never see here
Industry statistics dressed up as our outcomes, percentages without denominators, or 'since inception' totals nobody can substantiate.
