When You Are Allowed to Work:

  • Authorized work days are Tuesdays and Thursdays only

  • Authorized work hours: Up to 4.5 hours per day

  • Exception: Students enrolled in the CNA Program may have different approved days and hours

Time Sheet

You must submit your timesheet every day you work.

  • Submit your timesheet the same day you work

  • Submit right after your shift ends

  • One submission per day only (if you submit twice, the second entry will not count)
