At WorkforceConnect, we created an ecosystem to increase the quality and diversity of the construction industry and its connected workforce. We are committed to developing the next generation of a skilled workforce by educating them about the many career opportunities in the Construction, Technology, and Manufacturing industries. The organization creates awareness of apprenticeship programs, career paths, and numerous events, highlighting industry possibilities. Many of these events are designed to allow youth to explore the industries for the very first time.
