Annual Scholarship Opportunities

The Cassandra Walker-Nolin Scholarship Fund was created in memory of a young woman who worked as a tile setter in the construction trades.

Cassandra was a loving daughter, mother, sister, and friend to everyone. She was kind, had a ready smile, and a helping hand for those in need.

After graduating in 2001 from Valhalla High School in El Cajon, CA, Cassandra started her construction career in the office; however, she found it more rewarding to work hands-on in the field.

The scholarships are for women or individuals currently enrolled or wanting to advance their education in the trades/certificated education/training/etc. in the construction industry.
